The BEST Cornbread

This is the BEST cornbread recipe out there. And I know everyone says that, but this really is the best. The sour cream and creamed corn are what make this so moist. It is easy, requires only 6 ingredients and what more do I need to say? I promise you everyone will devour it.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 3 eggs beaten

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 16 oz. can creamed corn undrained

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. (glass or stoneware)

  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. It depends on the oven. Just until a toothpick comes out clean in middle.

*Cast Iron Skillet Baking Directions: Grease the skillet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
