Chewy PB Protein Bars
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup of Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
2/3 cup of oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together well. Line an 8x8 brownie pan w parchment paper. Or spray it. Add the batter in.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. They are still soft so you can always put in the fridge to firm up.
*I love cutting them in smaller bites, adding more peanut butter and tru whip as a mid afternoon or after dinner treat. SO yum.
